Triathlon Fundamentals Training Series
Our Fundamentals classes are back! This time with some sessions specifically aimed at MTB and off-road running skills. If you have considered doing the winter duathlons but are a bit worried about the MTB, this is the fundamentals session for you.
Cabin is going to be running 2 x 3 hr sessions aimed at beginners over the weekend of 13 and 14 May, just in time for the first winter du which is 28 May.
They’re $25 for three hours coaching… however considering most MTB clinics and coaching can cost at least $30 (per hour!), this is EXCELLENT value!

Swim Run Session
Club member David Massey ran swim-run sessions for us which were a great sessions! We hope to be including these in future Monday club nights next summer. BHB Fitness (David) runs these on a regular basis so check his Facebook page if you’re keen to do more.
