More winter training news a run clinic just for members spread over 14 weeks, time for everyone to improve fitness and skill. Check out the details on the training page - Saturday training sessions - starts June 30th.

Spin is back starting Tues May 8th 6.00pm Dust off your trainer it's going to be an awesome ride..there may be sweat and tears but we will feel good! NEW LOCATION 150 Lake Road R&B Consultants located at the back of Autohaus Rotorua and Honda, Opposite Expand A Sign. Every Tuesday and Thursday 6pm dont be late!

Rotorua Aquatic Centre outdoor pool is closed for maintenance from April 23rd. Tuesday and Thursday Rats Squad and Henks Rats squad will be taking a well earned break. Beginners squads - watch this space.

Winter duathlon dates are 27 May, 24 June, 29 July and 26 August. The July duathlon will be an on-road bike; all others will be off-road. Check back for more details on courses soon.
