Brick sessions
Content: These sessions follow on from the winter WindTrainer sessions. They will different each week but basically there will be a wind trainer element and a run element, we will swap distances and order (but usually bike will be first). These will be great sessions to get your legs and the rest of your body prepared for Tri and duathlon as the season looms.
Where: Blue Lake. We have the ski clubrooms as a back up in case of rain.
When: Wednesday nights, currently on summer holidays… check the weekly email for a return date
Cost: $30.00 for members and $50 for non members for the 10 week block or $5.00 per session member & $7.00 per non member.
